I have had a few check-outs completed lately in which the shipping amount did not show up on the invoice. I clicked on the 'check-out' for that item to see if there was something missing and noticed that next to the price of the item it does show the shipping amount, but it does not show it at the bottom with the total (only item amount, insurance & total). Why would that be? The only thing that I have changed it that I added an intenational shipping amount option (so people now have to make a choice on shipping; Priority or International Airmail; before there was always only the one amount). Could they not be choosing their shipping method? (although it is showing up on the check-out (but not in the total)? And I definately know both options are entered when I created the auction.

No, it wasn't an import. But I am now thinking that the buyer didn't select a shipping method maybe when they filled out the check-out. I am going to try it (fill in a check-out and not select a shipping option) with another one and see if I get the same results.
If that is the case, then its not a big deal (I can add a 'reminder' to select one); I was just hoping that the WBN wasn't glitching and not showing the shipping amount!
