At the end of an auction where you have a winning bidder their user ID shows up at the very top in a big box along with the gray Pay Now button. When you click on that button it takes you to another page that has PayPal's radio button selected by default.
In order to do this, you would need to go to the "Payment Types Accepted" section of My Account -> Seller Preferences and select "Include the PayPal Checkout button and logo".
Note that this button will take the winning bidder through eBay's checkout process. If you do not want to use eBay's checkout, and you would like to guide your customers to use your preferred checkout method, you can enable the AuctionWatch Checkout button which will appear in the listing once it has closed.
