I just wrote to you about this same problem..accept I only changed my email address which is showing correctly updated..It's just my user Id for ebay that' is not correct..and I did not change that..but it has been changed...I really would like this problem resolved as soon as possible..I'm losing quite a bit of money..I have been trying to get an answer for 3 days through the contact page..and still no help!! my Ebay account is running properly and all the information should be the sanme but AW is sending me this message..everytime I try to correct my Id Back with them.. Here is the message I'm receiving as well..
""We were unable to process your request because of the following problem:
The user ID you have provided is already stored in another AuctionWatch.com account. Please insert other user ID and try again.""
The other account they are speaking of was mine and is mine!! how can this be corrected..I'm really getting frustrated!!! this has now been going on for 3 days..I have lots of auctions pending that won't launch because of this problem..Please help me!!Lisa

Hi Lisa,
Our services do not allow several AW accounts to share the same eBay user ID. In order to solve the problem you must close one of the accounts, then update the remaining one with the eBay user ID and password.

Marius..I only have one Ebay account and Password..and I should only have one account with AW..If I remove All this information..I will lose all my pictures and all my active and pending auctions..How can I just correct the wrong USER ID on AW..It is not my ID..My ID was correct until I changed my email with AW..I can log on to this site fine, but it can not fetch my information from there..I can see my active auctions and my pending auctions. There has to be a way to just fix this back to my proper Ebay Id with this account..Please Help..I don't want to remove any of my Ebay information that is all in order..I just need to resolve the issue with AW acknowledging who I am..But the system keeps telling me that the account is already stored in another account with my user id..How can I get it store back correctly with my active aw account?..It's the only one I should have with ebay and Aw. But the User Id is wrong with Aw..That's why my pending auctions are not being launched. They say it's the wrong ebay account..I know it is..I have tried several time to edit this information..that's when I get this message that it's already stored with another account..that is my account..the only one I have..And I only have one Ebay account..Please help me straighten this out as soon as possible..Thanks..Lisa
