I just wrote to you about this same problem..accept I only changed my email address which is showing correctly updated..It's just my user Id for ebay that' is not correct..and I did not change that..but it has been changed...I really would like this problem resolved as soon as possible..I'm losing quite a bit of money..I have been trying to get an answer for 3 days through the contact page..and still no help!! my Ebay account is running properly and all the information should be the sanme but AW is sending me this message..everytime I try to correct my Id Back with them.. Here is the message I'm receiving as well..
""We were unable to process your request because of the following problem:
The user ID you have provided is already stored in another AuctionWatch.com account. Please insert other user ID and try again.""
The other account they are speaking of was mine and is mine!! how can this be corrected..I'm really getting frustrated!!! this has now been going on for 3 days..I have lots of auctions pending that won't launch because of this problem..Please help me!!Lisa

Hi Lisa,
Our services do not allow several AW accounts to share the same eBay user ID. In order to solve the problem you must close one of the accounts, then update the remaining one with the eBay user ID and password.
