I have been showing $3.85 as a fixed USPS Priority charge & have set up the insurance part of the form, but all my WBNs go out with only the correct insurance. here are some of my latest ebay auctions: 2156369351; 2156361887 & 2156358150
While insurance is a global preference that applies to all your listings, shipping options are individual to each item. When starting a listing, your global shipping preferences are copied to the the corresponding fields; but you can them change them to custom values for any item.
As for the listings that you mentioned, they were uploaded with shipping charges set at $0.00. You might want to check your batches and make sure that the shipping options visible in each item's Basic Information tab are correct.
