I just changed my email address with AW and Ebay..but now my AW account is not launching to Ebay..it's telling me to fix my eBAy user Id and password..but I have active items on Ebay right now everything there is working properly. AW won't let me use my user ID anymore with this account..they say it's store in another account...but that account is mine..How can I correct this problem..I had items ready to launch..but they all came out errors..not the right Ebay ID..What is going on?? can someone help me fix this problem right away!! my user ID is now wrong with AW that's why it's not launching to my ebay auctions. AW is not allowing me re enter my eBay user Id..because they say that it's already stored in another account..which is mine..Any help to correct this problem would be greatly appreciated..Thanks
You don't have to re-enter the ID, you just have to edit what is already stored. Go to your My Account tab and click on Auction Site Accounts. To the right of your stored eBay ID, you should see an Edit link -- click on that to edit your eBay information. If you continue to have trouble please confirm with me your eBay ID and I will fix it for you.

Sonya..Please help me fix this problem..I'm in tears...I have been trying to edit my Email to match my user id and password for Ebay..and again I've been receiving the same messages....please just connect my email with this account...So I can finally start making money...I've lost 3 full days of sales...I can't launch anything...and my information can not even be fetch from your side..ebay is working fine...please HELP ME!!!!you have changed my USER ID BACK..And NOW I can't edit my ebay email and password!!! I'M IN TEARS!!!!!!PLEASE GET THIS RESOLVED TODAY SO MY ITEMS CAN LAUNCH THIS EVENING!!!! again my user email is updated when I log in ..but the edit form won't let me put the right email and password in...It should be very simple at your end to also put back my email that is listed with you and ebay...PLEASE EDIT MY INFORMATION EMAIL THANK YOU!!If you can fix my user id right why can't you just straighten out my email and password...BECAUSE THE SITE IS NOT LETTING ME EDIT THIS INFORMATION....IT OBVIOUSLY MUST BE FIXED AT YOUR END!!!LISA
This is happening because of an old account of yours here on AuctionWatch. I was able to find one of them, but you have a third hiding someplace as well.
What other usernames have you used with eBay in the past, or here on AuctionWatch? The system is getting caught because it will not allow the same ID stored in more than one location, but I cannot locate the account it is in since you have since changed it.
Let us know your old username here on AuctionWatch/eBay and we can get this corrected for you ASAP.
