How many days of history is supposed to be saved on the Sales Manager page? I have listing from what seems like months ago showing up where it says something pending.
Will it only save 30 days.
Then if we save to archive, can we only see them in spreadsheet form.
I am confused, I like the old way better.
So how do I save my auctions past 30 days, but still be able to relist them again.

Hi Mildreds,
The best thing to do would be to copy these items to your inventory. The problem is that beyond 30 days, your item does not qualify as a relist on eBay anymore. Anywhere from 30-90 days, eBay will purge their database of old information, which means if you tried to do relaunch on that, it won't work because it will say the information is no longer in the database. So if you suspect you might want to relaunch something past 30 days, it is good to save a copy in your inventory.
The same thing will apply to archive because you can't restore older items that have been purged from eBay's database.

I am sorry but I am confused. What is it that you are trying to do, can you outline it for me? If you are using Pro then you will always have a copy of your items offline, in your batches/inventory. So long as you don't delete them, they will remain there.
