I have noticed for several months that some/not all feedback is not transferring to Ebay after processing in PSM. Although the blue box is checked when I go to feedback weeks later I find the feedback was not sent.

I give the computer all the time to process the feedback and wait for the processing to complete before moving on in PSM.

Can you identify why some feedback is not getting to Ebay?

Hi Greengate,

Do you go through the fulfillment checklist, or are you doing it from Post Sale > Feedback to Send? Let me know the method that you usually use.
