I've just received a couple of irate emails from customers that received a WBN for an item that was long since completed; they have already received their items and left feedback. Now it appears to them that I am trying to say they haven't paid. What is up with that? Thanks for any help.
Peace,
Paul

Hi Sonya,
Here is one that just emailed me:2504978295
I don't have the other one handy and I'm on my way out the door, if you still need it later, I'll try to find it then. Thanks!
Peace,
Paul

What in the world is going on??? I just had a WBN go out a few minutes ago (that I DID NOT send) for an auction that was completed. It was for auction 3111492167. Has there been a change because I have done nothing different.

Sonya,
Happening here too. I have 5 WBN's that just went out that were completed weeks or several days ago. I have 'Items to be Shipped' showing items that shipped already. Forget the ID numbers, this is a major developing problem in PSM. Please Advise.. what is going on.
