Hi, I made a goof when I filled in the ebay check out for the customer.I filled in the wrong information and now cannot delete it. I have gone into the edit, removed all info, but it won't let me save it as a blank. Is there any way to delete this information besides overwriting it? Can it be returned to a blank page.

Hello sylvia,

Do you want to change info in checkout, or eliminate it altogether? If you want to change the messaging, you can do this, but if you just delete all the messaging whatever is stored in your default Post-Sale preferences will apply. You can edit your default messages under My Account -> Post Sale Mgt. Options.

It pertains soley to one closed auction, button two, edit feature where the winner or I can fill in the payment method, shipping and billing info and shipping method.
