My mailstep doesn't seem to be working anymore.
I noticed this awhile back but they were all international sale so I figured that was the problem.
I just had a winner use my mailstep email and it doesn't show up in post sale.
Also aren't the paypal payment suppose to post to my post sales account? They have a few times but not lately??

Hello ladyjewels2000,
Did you receive a payment notification from Paypal when the payment was processed? If so, would you mind forwarding it to [email protected], with full headers intact? If your customer made the payment properly through your mailstep email address, and the payment notification was received, it should have been recorded in post-sale.

I sent you one of my confirmation via your email account a few days ago - maybe you have been off?
It just happened again - I got the payment posting but could not print the label as there was no address forwarded. I thought that was the point?
And how would I go about get the payment to post everytime my customers use paypal?

My Paypal payments are no longer noted in my Post Sale area either. I figured it was due to the change in Paypal on the Ebay auction site. Would be interested in knowing what's up.
We are currently looking into this - ladyjewels2000, I did get your email and have forwarded it to engineering (thanks!)
If you have additional payment notices that went through your mailstep addresses, but were not recorded in post-sale, please forward them to [email protected] so that we can look for commonalities.
