I have used AW for 3 years and this has always been a small minor agravation, solved it by telling customer to turn off their filter on their email program. Lately it has become a major agravation, there are to many customers not getting their WBNs and it requires double work to copy and past the info into our own email and send it to them. Is there anything AW can do to address this situation? Can anybody tell me if the other Auction Management services have the same problem?

I'm having do the same thing (cut & paste) to my other (private) email address to get the WBN's out. WBN's are being returned as "Returned mail: Host uknown". When is this going to be fixed?
