Last night was the first time I saw the new listing form. I have webtv and never had a problem. I got through everything okay but could not get open the category number or large blocks under the number....what to do?
I am frustrated & getting desperate to get my listing on! Any and all help in APPRECIATED. Thank You

Hello,

On WebTv, you will need to use the old listing form. The category tree on the new form is in a form of JavaScript that WebTv does not seem to support correctly.

Thanks Christoper, but can you tell me where the 'old listing form' icon is to get me there?

Hello,

You mentioned that last night was when you first noticed the new form, are you referring to the one found off of the Sales Manager tab?

The old listing form would be found via the Image Hosting tab.

I always go to the 'image hosting tab', click on my thumbnails and then the new auction, then ebay, then the listing form comes up.
What are all the webtv'ers doing?
I have the classic webtv, which is the top model, which does it all.
I hate it when things change, and we start all over, and things are so difficult just to launch. And only the category....that is a shame.
HELP.
Thanks for the quick reply.

Again, I hope all the webtv users are writing to you about this...

Hello,

Has it been a while since you last used the system? We haven't touched it in quite a while. A few months ago the eBay category tree was updated on the old listing form, and some WebTv users were no longer able to load the category tree. There are apparently too many category options for it to work on some units now.

There certainly are still some WebTv users using this form though, but I could not say what version of it they have. The Classic, the Plus, etc.

Ok, first I do have the web PLUS...which is the best or top one.
I have not sold since approx. Nov. I believe...I will have to look at my Ebay feedback. Over 200 sales, with my unit, and not this!
I found the 'legacy' hosting and that form also has the category blocks. Which when I click on only as 'dashes'and the 5 large blocks underneath you can only click on a check mark, but in all category blocks you read nothing.
A long time ago (years) AuctionWatch fooled with the category section, so we had to wait a time before they got it working for web users. That is the pits....then you have to look for a new image hosting site till you can come back to AuctionWatch.
Can you keep checking this out for me?
Perhaps some there can give us a clue.
All my sales with you and now this.
HELP
Please do not forget to keep me inform. I will stay in 'moth balls' until AW can help.
I appreciate all your help.
