I am TRYING to list auctions tonight. Once I get all of the info in and click "add item", I get the following error message:

Please complete the fields highlighted in Red below and click Save to successfully complete this listing

The highlighted field is referring me to the shipping options.

It doesn't seem to matter how I change my shipping options. I get the same error message.

Please, I need some assistance if I'm going to get my auctions listed.

Hello,

Is there a specific item in pending this is happening on, that we can test with?

I saw a few items, but didnt know which was giving this error, as some are already scheduled to be listed.

I never could get it to pending or listed. I had to create a new auction and it worked that time. The new one is the wedding scrapbook item that it now in my "pending".

I have had this happen to another auction tonight and had to do the same thing....just create a new auction....to get it to get past the "shipping problem"

Hello,

You mentioned that this was a create new item listing problem, but your workaround was to create a new item instead?

I dont understand where this is happening, if not via the create listing link on the Sales Manager tab?

That is exactly where it is happening. I just close out the item that I am trying to create with the shipping problem. Go back to "create listing" and start all over again. Seems to work the 2nd time around
