I haev problem with upload picture in the last two hour, and my window program are the Chinese 2000me, is this cause the problem, very hard to upload image.

Good morning bestboutique8,
If you are having trouble uploading your images, please check the following:
1. Make sure your images are not too large in kilobytes - occasionally, images that are over 50 kb in size will cause your connection to time out.
2. Upload only one image at a time.
3. Close all unnecessary open applications, and disable any resident programs on your computer (virus-checkers, PIMs) as these use system resources and may interfere with image uploading.
4. Reinstall AOL or try an alternate browser such as Internet Explorer and/or Netscape.
5. If you are using a proxy server to enter the internet, check the proxy settings in your browser to make sure they are valid.
Please write back again if these solutions are not successful in solving the problem, and let us know how much RAM memory your system has, and which browser and operating system you are using.
