I have checked all my settings but why dont my auctions have Paypal listed at the top of the auction ads where it says Payment? All that shows is money order and cashiers check. I have checked all my settings and have paypal in my settings correctly but still no paypal logo or option as payment. What gives?
To add PayPal to the list of payment options in your listings, go to the "Payment Types Accepted" section of My Account -> Seller Preferences. Select "Include the PayPal Checkout button and logo" in your listings (if you use Sales Manager Pro or Business Edition, these online preferences will apply to listings created offline as well.)
Note that doing this will result in eBay inserting a "Pay Now" button at the top of your closed listing. This button will take the winning bidder through eBay's checkout process.
If you do not want to use eBay's checkout, and you would like to guide your customers to use your preferred checkout method, you can enable the AuctionWatch Checkout button which will appear in the listing once it has closed. For more information on this, please refer to this link:

Enabling that PayPal logo lets your customer bypass your AW Checkout and pay directly thru PayPal. Unfortunately, I've found that most people will do just that and it makes for extra steps for me in the process. Some winning bidders were even able to insert their own shipping amount! This was unacceptable to me and I've done-away with the PayPal logo.
It seems we can't simply get the word PayPal at the top of the auction listing where it says "payment"...AW doesn't seem to understand the importance.

eBay automatically enables the checkout features when you select PayPal as a feature. It is impossible to have the PayPal option displayed at the top of the form and not have checkout enabled.
