Hi there,
on my last two auctions my customers and myself only received the last few lines of my WBN message. When I saw this I tried to send another WBN but the same thing happened.
I looked into me Post-Sale preference defaults but the message on there appeared in full. Notwithstanding this I fully re-entered the WBN notice again and saved it succesfully. However, it is still only the bottom part of my WBN is being send out.
What can I do? This is very confusing and frustrating for myself and my customers.
