If I change my Ebay user id will it affect anything at AW or how my auctions get launched on Ebay though AW? (storefront and launching concerns). Do I need to wait until all auctions with old user id launched through AW are finished before changing Ebay id (post management concerns)?

Hello,

Just update your stored ID here as soon as you change it there and you will not run into any issue.

You can do this via the My Account tab, under the Auction Site Accounts link.
