Under Post Sale in Sales Manager, there is a Non Paying Bidder under each completed sale. Is this just a reminder for me or does an email go out to buyer and Ebay when it counts down to 0 days?
I ask because sometimes I ok a late payment if someone wants to take longer than 7 days to pay.
The column allows you to see whether or not you can file an NPB, or how many days you have until you can file one. It won't go out automatically, you can send one at your discretion should you need to.
