I have an item that sold on ebay, but is listed as unsold in my sales manager.... what gives????

Hello,

I see one there that has a bid but the reserve was not met. Since that technically means the auction didn't sell, if you did go ahead and complete the sale for it you will need to register the sale on eBay (unfortunately I don't know how to do that). You should then be able to use post sale.

DUH!.........I rarely use reserves, so I did not realize. Thanks!
