Do store items show up under sales manager active?? Mine are not. Also, can items be launched from store to ebay?

Items that are in your store as store fixed price will not show up in Active Auctions.
You can put a store item for auction on eBay -- just make sure that you take it out of the store first unless you have two of the item to sell. You can do that by decreasing the store quantity available back to zero. To put it up for auction, fill out the site specifics for ebay and then from the inventory main pages, you can select it and click on Launch. The page after that will direct you to choose where you want it launched, etc.
