Some of my images are showing as blanks in my "manage image" and storefront thumbnails. If I click on the blank area to see a larger version then my image pops up, but in the meanwhile I have blank boxes in my storefront. Can you please help me fix this problem.
What kind of image files are these? When you upload images in Bitmap format, those cannot be scaled down into thumbnails, so they will always appear just with their filename in your image hosting section.
They will appear in the listing itself at their regular size.
