I have attempted to launch several fixed price auctions today on Ebay and ran into a problem with the quantities. After launching with AW I went back into Ebay to change the quantity on these items from 1 to 10 or more. It worked for some and not for others. Did this at least five times on two of the auctions carefully checking to make sure each update button was clicked as I proceeded. It just won't change.
Question... Can I set the quantity of fixed price auctions via AW when I set up the auction?
Do you have any idea why the changes don't go through when I change the quantity from the Ebay site. Some changed, others didn't.
I have clicked revise on AW to see if they are updating and also went back to the auction page and checked. Still nothing.
Thanks for your help in advance. Would like to get several more up but this is a very very slow process.
When you check the box to make your item a fixed price listing here, then enter your price into the Buy It Now field, use the box labeled 'quantity' over on the left of these to adjust the number available.
I cannot say why eBay is having trouble accepting your changes. When you edit an item with them, if they do not allow that field to be edited, you should get an error message at least, rather than just not see the change take place.
Perhaps the change did take place and you are seeing a cached page. Try refreshing that listing when you next view it.

Thanks Chris, I found the Quantity window. I didn't see it as I am visually impaired, but once I was told where to look it was very plain to see.
Mrs Magoo... <G> I hope you know who Mr. Magoo is?
