Hello,

I too am having the same problem. Two of my customers have had this problem. I tried it with someone who didn't use my checkout but sent his info and said he would use a money order. When I filled out the buyer checkout and selected money order the error message appeared. There are no problems when processing other forms of payment, so apparently the problem is with the Bidpay link.

Once the order has been completed, you can not reproduce it. The customer can then not print out a receipt or view my information.

This looks to be a problem Vendio needs to research. I don't like my customers going through all the trouble of finally using my checkout and then having to contact me anyway to get my address.

Please have someone look at this!

Thanks,
Gerri

Hello,

Engineering is aware of this issue, and has a fix prepared for it. We should have it corrected tomorrow afternoon.

Our apologies for the inconvenience.

Am I then to assume that there is a problem with checkout which will not be corrected for at least a day? It would be nice to know things like this without having to glean the little information which is available in these threads.

Hi davebraun,

This is only happening on a handful of listings, and only when Bidpay has been selected as a payment option, which you do not appear to accept.

Christopher
