Would anyone know why when I relist an item to ebay, I get a error message saying my account balance is overdue. It shows an error message .... #121.
I made a payment about 5-6 days ago and my account is fully up to date with no amount needing to be paid. I have no past due amount!.
Vendio keeps preventing me from listing with this message. I have tried several times to relist and the same failures keep happening.
Ebay shows me with no balance due.
I still as of an hour ago, am not able to relist an item as Vendio keeps canceling it.
I have not recieved a response from Vendio either.
This is insane.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi Niceprice,
That is actually an error message coming from eBay -- it states your account balance with eBay has exceeded the limit. Your Vendio account is current and up to date. Regarding the error, you may want to contact eBay to see if there is a problem and get it resolved so you can launch to eBay.
