I was checking my unsold items and found that there is a problem with the relist function. I have found 2 items so far, and I suspect there are many more, which eBay states are refundable relists and Vendio is stating that they are non-refundable. My item numbers are 2169958231 and 2169946951. Please check into this problem and let me know what is happening as this costs me both time and money.

A relist (non refundable) auction means you can relist an auction that did not previously sell, even if it was itself a relist. This behaves like a relist, deleting the item that didn't sell from the your closed panel, but the auction venue most likely will charge for it.
You did not understand my origional problem. The 2 items I listed were origional listings that did not sell the first time and should be shown on unsold auctions as a relist not as a non refundable relist. I checked with eBay and both of the items qualify as refundable. Your software is not functioning properly and you should look into this problem. I fully understand how the system should operate.

Item 2169958231 was relisted from item 2165946605, and item 2169946951 was relisted from item 2166130523. So if you are relisting item 2169958231 and item 2169946951, that is technically the 3rd listing off the original item, thus making it a non refundable relist. When you relisted the original items into 2169958231 and 2169946951, those were the items that counted as relist, thus qualifying as the refundable relists if they sold. Let me know if you need further clarification.

Item # 2167099988 was relisted from #2165946605 and item # 2167416931 was relisted from #2166130523 according to eBay.My items # 2169958231 and 2169946951 were not relists.
