Why can't VD incorporate a request for refund to VD at the same time a request for refund is sent to Ebay via the PSM system that is currently in place???? I asked this question many times. VD makes it hard to request a refund.
If we as sellers are using VD's PSM system and requesting NPBA/NPBR thru the current PSM, why doesn't the system recognize this for refund from VD at the same time for Ebay??
Sellers do not request this refund unless they do have dead-beat bidders.
