Hi I was wondering how I change the shipping charges for dutch auctions. When someone wins multiple quanties they are charged shipping for one item instead of increased shipping for the multiple items. I checked my global preference and I don't have the box check that says treat as one item, in fact I have the other box checked under shipping that says caluclated based on total weight....
Not sure how to change any help would be apprciated. Right now I am having to edit the WBN and increasing the weight so that they are charged add'l shipping.
I checked your account, and all items you listed after this was setup this way should calculate shipping by 'weight X number of items' to their zip code.
Do you have any recent items that closed where it charged for only one item, but they purchased more?
