My auctions that just ended have the 1 checked indicating that WBN's went out, but I haven't received the copy that I send to myself. I have not changed my preference on this either.

I was just coming here to post the same thing. Post sale shows they were sent but I didn't receive any.

Hello,
Our logs show them as being sent, and I am not getting any bounce back email from your account currently. Perhaps there is a delay.

Not receiving any WBN's either. Has VD changed something again where we will not receive any WBN's???

My customers didn't receive them either. I just manually sent them out. I still haven't received any thing, not even Christopher's mash note, er, I mean, test message.

My customers received them last night as two have already completed checkout, etc. However, I never got my copy.

Of 12 auctions that closed out last night, I got TWO of my copies of the WBNs. The post sale page shows that all 12 were sent and (of course) I received all 12 notices from eBay that the auctions closed successfully. I hope the buyers all got their copies of the WBNs but I also need MY copy!
Something is wrong....

I just received both of the WBN's from last night, the original and the second one I sent to each winner, and Christopher's test message! Quite a delay!!
