Hello, to whom it may concern:
I have been trying to file the npb and fvf warnings for a couple of days. I had to same problem a couple months ago. it keeps giving the ERROR message: login failed.
Can you please help me, as my date to file NPB and FVF will soon pass.
Try signing in on eBay directly. eBay has implemented a new security measure that will require you to enter a security code. If you are required to enter a security code at eBay, it will be 24 hours before you will be able to file NPBs and FVFs to eBay from our site.
I just found out some more information on this. Basically, the security check occurs when there are many unsuccessful sign in attempts for your account. As long as you enter in your password and the secure code successfully for a few days, it will go away.
I would suggest you talk to eBay regarding this issue, we unfortunately have no control over this so hopefully they can take it off your account. Since you've had to enter in the code, if you keep trying to do the NPB through us it will keep hitting that block and your account will continue to have that code. For your current NPBs you should submit them through eBay for the time being, until you no longer have to enter in the code.
