How do I get rid of the shipping discount feature selection when combining a multiple winner? This past weekend I had five auctions won by two different buyers. After the auction closed, I combined them and created a new shipping price; when the new WBN was sent, it enabled the buyers to discount the already discounted shipping by 50%! Because there was no way to correct it without confusing the buyer, I ate the difference but want to avoid this problem in the future. I realize I could turn off the "send WBN" feature at the close of each auction but would rather eliminate that ridiculous shipping discount feature. Thanks!
You have your shipping discount preferences set to 0, which means when customers combine they are not presented with a shipping discount. If you had it set up before at 50%, then those auctions that closed with it will have that option so you might want to manually combine them or notify your winner beforehand of the discrepancy.
