Until this week whenever I had a buyer pay directly through paypal without using the checkout, the buyer's addresses was harvested from the paypal email that went through mailstep (Confirmed Buyers). For my auctions that ended Sunday and Tuesday this didn't happen and I had to enter the Name/Address manually. The auction was shown as paid but the buyer Name/Address was not harvested. Has something changed? If not, why is not working.

I mentioned this a week ago and was told the issue is being addressed etc. I mentioned it again 3 times in that thread over the next few days.

Within the past day I am noticing with more frequency that payments sent to me through paypal to my mailstep address are not crediting in checkout all the time and the name/address fields are not being boiler plated when payment is credited. What's up?

Hello magazineframes,
We are currently working on the issue where the buyer ship-to address is not being imported. There was an apparent change with the PayPal notice some time ago, and we are working to be able to harvest that data into the PSM tools again.
