Can anyone help.....I am at my wits end...I have cleared my cache, deleted temp internet files, done EVERYTHING imagineable, but when I download my photos onto AW - they are turning out blurred and "distorted" and look horrible! I am now not doing any auctions because of how they look. I have sold on ebay for 2 years now and always used Auctionwatch and never had this problem, and now I do. Suggestions anyone?

I remember reading about problems with AOL and graphics..do you use AOL? There is an easy way to fix it if you do...if I only could REMEMBER!
If your images appear distorted when uploaded to our website, try clearing the cache and history in your browser. Next, go to your "WWW" Preferences. You should see an option to "compress graphics". Disable this option, then close out of Preferences. Refresh your page, and your images should clear up.
