I checked my list of waiting feedback from buyers and found quite a few. I dutifully sent off emails politely asking them to leave us feedback. Most of them already had.
Does anyone know how often Vendio checks to see if feedback has been posted? Can we force Sales Manager to check for feedback? (We did try to update but it changed nothing)

I dont think it checks for feedback. I think you have to tell it if you have feedback...kinda defeats the purpose.
Doesn't Vendio think adding an automatic check of feedback left for us would be just one more nice feature to offer. Checking to see if feedback has been left for us and then having to manually tell the Post Sale functions it has been done does in fact defeat the purpose of automation. This is a very cumbersome part of management that should be automated. On Ebay, using their selling manager, it is automatic.
