Since tomorrow is Free Listing Day on Yahoo, I would like to list alot of auctions that have closed from ebay that I haven't relisted becuase it's not worth the time and money. Is there a way to take my auctions that have closed, and switch them over to Yahoo instead of ebay without retyping everything?
If your items have not been saved into Inventory as you list, you will be able to do this but it is a bit of a workaround. If the items have been saved into Inventory, you can simply launch new items to the venue of your choice. The workaround to relist your items on a different venue if they are not saved in Inventory already:
- Select your closed items and click "relist"
- Click the "edit" link next to one of your items
- On the edit page, scroll to the bottom and select "save this item in my inventory". Click the "save" button. The item will now appear in your inventory list.
Once all items are saved to Inventory:
-From your inventory list (access this by clicking Inventory in the lefthand navigation bar under Display Options), click on the item title of the auction or check the box next to the item and use the "Edit" button at the top of the list.
- Under Site Specifics, click the "setup" link next to the venue you want and complete the required site-specific fields. Once you are finished click "Save".
- Once this is completed for all items, go back to the main inventory page and check the box next to the items. Click the "Launch" button.
- On the righthand side of the page, select your venue, and a launch time/date. Click "Launch" and your items will either launch, or appear in pending queued up to launch.
