When I listed an auction on Ebay it showed up twice. The extra listing does not show on my Sales Manager. Is this Vendio's fault or Ebay's? Who pays for the exta listing? Thanks

Hello,

There are about 4 auctions that you have listed on eBay with Vendio tools appearing. Were you unaware of the other 3 items that were also missing, or perhaps you have relisted some items directly via eBay?
That would be the only cause of items not to automatically track into your account.

If you have duplicate items, end them right away, then request a refund from eBay as well as Vendio.
