I downloaded the listing of auctions that I ran from 10/02 to 12/02. I used to be able to add some or all of the listing into my ended auctions page. This allowed me to use some of the HTML that I had in those. That saved a bit of time when relisting something similar later.

Is this something that I cannot do now? I have the list downloaded but how do I put a few of them into the closed auctions listing?

Thank you

Hello,

The system hasn't changed, you can still restore recently archived items back into the closed section for use. The problem is that only items recently archived are available, meaning withing the past 2 weeks.

If I click export on the 10/01/02 to 12/28/02 I can only view the titles, dates, etc, in Excel? I have done this before and a lot further back and was able to put some of them in my closed auctions list.

Is there nothing I can do to put some of these items listed in Excel into the archive list and then to closed items?

Thanks

Hello,

When we *first* released the tool, there was a period of about a month or so where nothing was actually sent to the archives, giving users time to get used to the system. Since then it has always been about 2 weeks from the time they are archived where you can restore back to the closed section.

Unfortunately, only items still sitting in the recently archived page are available to restore. There is no workaround to restore long since archived data.

Hello there,

I wanted to jump in and clarify that archive restore is available for *up to* two weeks after items have been archived. This does not mean that items will definitely remain in archive restore for two weeks in every case. You should restore items as soon as you realize that they were inadvertently archived.

Thanks,

Diana
