Is it me or is it difficult and a painstaking experience to get Vendio to refund your money? They should automate it so when you send a NPB and a FVF to eBay your Vendio fees are refunded as well.
I have been getting alot of NPBs on eBay.. sometimes as many as 10-30 in a weeks time. I just dont have the time to go to eBay, locate the fees refund on my statement then come back to Vendio, find the reference # for the auction and then file for the refund.

Good morning Ninerfanzz,
One way that might making submitting refunds easier is to download your Online Statement you then can search a lot easier for the item you are looking for the refund on. I also want to thank you for your suggestion and I will be sure to pass this along.
