I use to be able to show paypal as a form of payment that I accept in my ebay listings... But now it doesn't show. I can insert the paypal button at the bottom of the auction. But I have been getting alot of questions at to why I don't accept paypal... I think it's because it's not listed in the payment options at the top of my listing with all of the general information.
To add PayPal to your red payment text, as well as PayPal logos automatically to your listings, go to the "Payment Types Accepted" section of My Account -> Seller Preferences. Select "Include the PayPal Checkout button and logo" in your listings. If you use Sales Manager Pro or Business Edition, these online preferences will apply to listings created offline as well.
Note that if you select "Include the PayPal Checkout button and logo", eBay will insert a "Pay Now" button at the top of your closed listing. This button will take the winning bidder through eBay's checkout process (this option is unfortunately the only way that you can include PayPal in the list of payment options in red at the top of your listing.)
If you do not want to use eBay's checkout, and you would like to guide your customers to use your preferred checkout method, you can enable the AuctionWatch Checkout button which will appear in the listing once it has closed. For more information on this, please refer to this link:
