If the auctions are active already, you can add the images but they will appear at the end of the listing. Here are two ways you can do it:
1. From our legacy Image Hosting service:
To access, click the Image Hosting tab, and select the image(s) you want to attach to your auction. Click the "Attach Image" button at the bottom of the page. On the next page, select the auction site from the drop-down menu, and click the "Existing Auction" radio button. The next page will require you to enter the user ID, password, auction number, or if "Other Auction Site" was selected from the drop-down menu, you will need to copy and paste the HTML code into the auction revision form.
2. From Sales Manager, click on the "Manage Images" link. Check the box of the image(s) you wish to add under the select column. Click the "Attach Image" button on the bottom of the page, verify your image, and click "Continue". You will then come to a page that contains a box or block of HTML. Copy and paste the entire box of HTML into the description box of the auction revision form, being very careful not to alter any pre-existing HTML that may be in this field.
For auctions you are in the process of creating, just go ahead and attach as many pictures as you want. They will go in the designated image spaces, based on the image layout you have selected for your template.

Thanks for the reply, but when setting up a brand new inventory item, it tells me "ONLY 4 IMAGES CAN BE ATTACHED"
We are looking to be able to add more than just four. Sometimes, we may need to have 10 images! How can I do this!
Unfortunately inventory items are restricted to storing only 4 images per item. If you want to add more images to it, when you are getting ready to launch your item out of inventory, schedule it for a future launch date so that you get the item into Pending Auctions. Then go to Pending and unschedule the item -- then edit the item and add more images, then launch it.
I know this process seems a bit tedious, but unfortunately it's the only way to add more images to an item that you have in your inventory.

You can add the pictures in the description section of your item, as html. This way, they will stay, and won't have to be re-done every time.
