I am in the process of trying to go through the Export Shipping Instructions. We have been using UPS World Ship for about a year. When I get to the following, I am running into problems.
8. Enter the path of the file into the text box under: [Currently Selected File]
9. If you are not sure of the exact path, click on the [Browse] button.
10. Select [Text Files (*.txt;*.csv)] from the drop down list beside: [Files of type]
11. Navigate to the location of the CSV file.
12. Click on the appropriate file once it is located.
I go through steps 9, 10, but when I get to step 11 there is no CVS file to be found. I even went through all the folders just to be sure. Any suggestions.

Hi Immages,
The help page you are reffering to http://www.vendio.com/help/exportshipping/ups_instructions.html describes the way to use UPS Online Worldship Software, after you have exported the information, and you have saved locally, as a CVS file the result of the export. So please click on Export in page http://wsacp.vendio.com/my/acp/postsale.html?bptype=export_shipping, and write down the location where you download the file. Then (see steps 9 to 12), navigate to the location where you have downloaded the file, and proceed with the following steps.

Thanks for the help with UPS. Whoever wrote the UPS instructions did an excellent job. However, now that I am trying to work with the Dazzle instructions, I am already stuck at the very beginning.
1. Download the Vendio layout file here
(it brings up a page that is anything but a download. Should I be saving this file as a certain name in a certain directory???)
2. Select the [File] -> [Open Layout] option from the menu bar
(Am I doing this in Dazzle??)
There are 2 titles in this section...do both need to be done or is one sufficient. For processing shipment.
I have a couple of other general questions. Do the items for export vanish once the item has been shipped? Should I be only exporting to UPS the items in items for export that we will be shipping UPS or does it not hurt to leave all checked and only process in Worldship the ones for UPS.
The same goes for Dazzle...should we only be checking the items that we will be shipping USPS?
We have been using Dazzle for quite sometime and I am very used to following directions...but these need major help. I would at the very least explain the process before even getting to the directions.

Do you have the clipboard monitor turned on in dazzle? I can't see any way that it could possibly work any better than just using that.
Now, if I could just figure out how o get the export to work with FedEx I would be happy.
