I was just going to ask that very same question. Usually I charge a flat shipping rate but I would much rather charge shipping based on weight, it will be more accurate and less of a hassle.

My questions would be if the option is available in my auction description, will bidders be able to see the actual shipping cost before buying? How does the calculator reall work. Thanks!

I was just looking at the shipping calculator and came to ask the same question. Shipping calculator has been talked about for some time on ebay now - I would think Vendio would have a heads up on this!!!
