I just heard that I have to change the logo but I do not know how to find it on my template. How would I locate it?

Hello Elaine,
The PowerSeller logo would be something that you have placed into your listings on your own, as we do not submit the code on your behalf. If you have it appearing in all of your listings automatically right now, chances are you stored it into your default listing text area.
If you were given new code to use instead, you would need to simply delete the old and replace it with the new. You can do this via the My Account tab, under the Global Preferences link found within. It is at the bottom of the page, just be sure to hit the save button when finished.
