Hello Vendio:
When you try out eBay's new look for the item page, there seems to be no picture at the top of the screen if you don't have a 'thumbnail'. I think the 'thumbnail' is an option only for sellers who list directly through eBay. I am hoping a Vendio staffer will check this out and respond here. Many thanks in advance.
Thanks for your message, but I'm bumping this up. The new sell your item page is in use on eBay, and there is no small picture at the top of the listing for Vendio-created listings. This puts our items at a disadvantage - would appreciate an update. Many thanks.

Sonia - It isn't a proposed change anyway..it's HERE and we are lookin' bad!!! Any update?? I don't want to list through eBay's listers just to load an inferior IPIX pic but looks like I have no choice!
Our listings ARE affected! Each and every one of our listings has been deliberately placed in a disadvantage when compared to how Vendio competitors are handling this issue. They have no issue. They have it working. They are fulfilling their own customer's needs as promised in there service agreement.
Vendio is not. Vendio has created this issue through gross negligence.
We expect more from this company... not miracles... but service due!

I'm looking for a "workaround" for the small photo at the top of eBay's New Look (online right now). Is there a Vendio solution yet? Has anyone uploaded to eBay ipics - outside of Vendio? I appreciate any answers! Thanks, Sara
We are working on a solution and a timetable for deployment, so please do not think your comments fall on deaf ears.
Also, all service providers are affected equally by this change - our "competition" have not been able support the new iPix image either so far. All service providers are all in the same boat. Please don't be mislead by statements to the contrary.
Sometimes when eBay launches new features, there is a lag in supporting the feature. Not always, but sometimes.

Good news! Our development team indicates they will have a solution in place by Friday, July 11 that will allow Vendio sellers to include the iPix preview in their listings.
Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience. We will continue to work with eBay on reducing their lag time introducing new features into the API.
