For some reason my paypal payments are not showing up in Sales Manager. I currently have my PayPal email address as [email protected] and I have that as my paypal email address in global options as well.
Also, I tried to change the address to [email protected], but the confirmation emails from paypal never came through no matter what I tried.
PayPal payments should record regardless if the winner is going through checkout, provided that all the information is stored correctly. However there are some situations where the payment will not record -- those are if the customer generates the payment on PayPal and does not select 'auction' or does not include his auction ID.
If you are having trouble getting the confirmations to go through for your Vendio email address, see if you can contact PayPal to ask them to resend the confirmation email to you.
