My inventory shows items that are launched on ebay, but when I do search they are not there. I don't want the items to be there because I am out of them - so that part is good, but I can't get the numbers to be correct. The titles are:
THE BEVERLY HILLBILLIES NEW VIDEO VHS
THE BEVERLY HILLBILLIES 3 VIDEO LOT VHS NEW

These items have the wrong number.
LESLIE SANSONE MIRACLE MILE WALK 1 MILE DVD
It shows I have 2 on ebay right now and I actually have 3.

LESLIE SANSONE 3 DVD SET WALK THE WALK NEW
this one I have 2 on ebay right now and my inventory shows I only have 1

Those are just the ones I've noticed so far.

I don't have any in pending, so I know that's not the count problem.

With the Beverly Hillbillies vidoes, though, since I knew I was out of them I revised some unsold ones and listed other items (totally different items, like a game boy game) in their place to save on listing fees - could that have messed up the count? I know I didn't do that with the DVD's, though.

Hi Ihula,

Regarding the first two items -- are these actually on eBay right now?

Regarding the Leslie Sansone DVDs -- quantity at auction is in reference to items that you launch from inventory. If you are creating them anew in Sales Manager and checking off the "Save to inventory" option, all that does is place a copy in your inventory. That copy will not say that you have one at auction.

Regards,

Sonya

Regarding The Beverly Hillbillies, yes I revised those last Tuesday (I think it was) so they are listed now except they are listed as a different item. I thought the Leslie Sansone ones were just launched from inventory, though. I received those a couple of weeks ago so I think the ones I launched from Sales Manager before adding them to inventory should have been sold by now.
