I've seen this answered on the board before, but I can't find it now. A customer didn't pay for an item. I have the refund from ebay, but how do I get the refund from Vendio? Thanks in advance.

Please use this URL to access our refund request form:

https://secure.vendio.com/my/acct/request_refund.html

Be sure to include the line item from your eBay statement when requesting a refund for a non-paying bidder.
