I have International customers who are purchasing and checking out without emailing me for shipping costs. The country category in checkout seems to confuse them as they think it will then give them shipping cost. I can't find a place to enter a default statement that they must email me for SH cost.

Isn't there a way to not have country selection removed as there isn't any way to know shipping cost to each country and the store checkout still applies the US rate
