When I look at my customer Fulfillment Checklist there is a button below my customers note labeled “Acknowledge receipt of message” and when I click it I see no results of what happened. Can you tell me what action takes place when clicked? Is there another email sent to my customer or some silent check mark placed in my records? I have been clicking the buttons but would like to know what happens when I do.
I believe that the button appears when your buyer sends a note - if you click it, it disappears - if your buyer sends another note, it reappears. It just reminds you that you have a note from the buyer, which might be easily overlooked.
