2 items launched through vendio were not showing up in tracked or now closed/post sale and I had to manually track them and one now shows as updating 2645302542 and 2645044680

Hello jewljack,
Are you certain that the item was launched through Vendio and not relisted on eBay directly? I am not showing item '2645302542' as an item launched through our system. Also, note that Track is not currently functioning correctly. We expect this to be fixed within the next day or so.

Can you tell us if these were created as new items in Sales Manager, uploaded from Pro, relisted, or launched from Inventory? I am not sure why they would be missing from your list.

Also, were these items that were launched from our site originally as auctions and revised into eBay Store items?

I belive they were relisted, and they were all created as new auctions originally in vendio , as well when will the tracked updated thing be fixed as I need to combine them with other orders

Hello jewljack,
Unfortunately, Track Other Listings is not currently working. If your eBay Store items will not track in correctly, you may need to either wait until Track is working (this should be fixed tomorrow) or take care of the post-sale steps manually.
Note that we do not currently support the eBay Stores listing format, but we will be implementing support for this shortly.

We intend to have eBay store support implemented before the fall selling season starts. I do not have an exact date, however.
